As of 12/30/2021 Bloomingdale Communications Offices will be closed to the public due to staffing. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, however, due to the rise in positive COVID-19 cases, in an attempt to mitigate COVID-19 exposure, it is in the best interest of our organization to have our staff work remotely.

  • Customers can make payments via the drop box, over the phone, online, or by regular U.S.P.S mail.
  • If you need to return a piece of equipment, both locations will have a contactless return receptacle outside the main lobby door to accept equipment returns during normal business hours.
  • If you have questions about your bill, would like to order new service, make changes to your existing service, or need technical assistance, our staff is available during normal business hours by calling 269-521-7300.
